I’m Caelum, a 19 y/o Psychology student @ SDSU (blog not affiliated with the university)! Upon receiving immense support throughout my battle with mental illness as a young teen, I began to dedicate considerable time to mental health advocacy in my high school (and now college) years, working to provide others with that same compassion I have been so lucky to have received.
This blog details my personal experiences: obstacles, triumphs, lessons learned, etc., that have carried me through the past and continue to guide me through the present and future. By combining my passion for mental health and adoration for writing, I hope that this blog provides readers with a sense of belonging and hope that mental illness so often strips from us.
